These terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company PVG France with a capital of 75,000 euros, whose registered office is at SOTTEVILLE SOUS LE VAL, 4 rue Jean Sibélius (76410), registered in the ROUEN Trade and Companies Register under number 343590683, hereinafter referred to as "PVG FRANCE", and on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the "PVG FRANCE" website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
Subject
The purpose of these conditions of sale is to define the contractual relationship between PVG FRANCE and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made via the PVG FRANCE merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or service through this website implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions of sale.
These terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or special terms and conditions not expressly approved by PVG France.
PVG FRANCE reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Characteristics of the goods and services offered
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalogue published in the pvgshop.fr website.
These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks.
The photographs in the catalogue are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colours.
Prices
The prices in the catalogue are inclusive of tax in euros and include the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products or services.
PVG France reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated include (or do not include) the costs of order processing, transport and delivery provided that they take place in the geographical areas provided for below.
Geographical area
The online sale of the products and services presented in the website is reserved for buyers who reside in France and for deliveries required in these geographical areas.
Orders
The buyer, who wishes to purchase a product or service, must obligatorily :
- create his personal account on pvgshop.fr and fill in all the obligatory contact details;
- add the items of his choice to his basket, indicating the quantity requested;
- validate his order after having checked it;
- carry out the payment under the conditions envisaged;
- confirm the order and payment.
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, the acknowledgement of being fully aware of them and the renunciation of the right to invoke one's own terms and conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
PVG France will send confirmation of the registered order by e-mail.
Withdrawal
Buyers, non-professional natural persons, benefit from a fourteen-day retraction period from the delivery of their order to return the product to PVG France for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, except for the cost of return.
Terms and conditions of payment
The price is payable at the time of order.
Payments will be made either by Paypal or by credit card; they will be made through the ATOS secure system using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network.
The buyer's account will only be debited when the products or services are dispatched and only for the amount of the products or services sent or downloaded.
The buyer will receive a paper invoice by e-mail showing the VAT.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area.
The risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the products have left the premises of PVG FRANCE. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are only given as an indication; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
Warranty
All products supplied by PVG France benefit from the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to PVG France who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post to the following address: PVG France, 4 rue Jean Sibélius 76410 SOTTEVILLE SOUS LE VAL within thirty days of delivery.
Responsibility
PVG France, in the process of selling online, is only bound by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems.

PVG FRANCE's computerised registers shall be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Dispute resolution
The present terms and conditions of online sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of ROUEN, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or appeal in warranty.
