  • I wish to cancel my order

    To cancel an order, please contact us at particulier@pvgshop.fr with the reference number of your order. If the order has been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel it. Check the status of your order in My Accounts, My Orders.
  • I wish to modify my order

    To modify an order, please contact us at particulier@pvgshop.fr with the reference number of your order. If the order has been dispatched, you will not be able to modify it. Check the status of your order in My Accounts, My Orders.
  • The product I'm interested in is out of stock

    If the product you're interested in is out of stock, please contact us at contact@pvgshop.fr.
  • How to make a return?

    You have up to 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returns are at your expense. You can reuse the shipping packaging as long as it is in good condition. To make your return, register your return request on the website of La Poste Colissimo. We strongly recommend that you make a return with tracking. IMPORTANT: We only accept unused products returned intact in their original packaging. Any return that does not conform will be systematically refused and no refund or credit note will be granted.
